Automated Plasma Dispositioning System. Release of plasma units for manufacturing: shipment tracking, lab testing, lookback and status changes. UX maturity assessment, card sorting, personas; WCAG 2.0 AA tested with JAWS.

Unified field-staff application. Merged legacy apps into one responsive, offline-capable app. IA, wireframes, Angular/Bootstrap 4 UIs, brand and style guides, a UI library, and hired two designers.

Comcast’s 2017 mobile launch. Designed the new-customer flow from choosing a plan to cart to delivery, built the UIs and implemented WCAG 2.0.
